How to use a Universal Code

Occasionally, players may receive a Universal Code which is not tied to any platform store, but instead is used on our own Website.

These are codes which are tied specifically to your account, so after heading to our website, please ensure the correct account is signed in, as items cannot be transferred once claimed.

1. Ensure you are signed in to seaofthieves.com and are signed in to the correct account - you can check this by clicking your player icon in the top right of the page
2. Head to https://www.seaofthieves.com/redeem/redeem-your-code
3. Enter your Universal Code when prompted
4. If the code is calid, you will be presented with what the code contains. To claim the items, click "redeem code", otherwise, click "reset"
